All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include applicable Belgian VAT (BTW) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place your order.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment providers. DrChill BV does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obligated to honour that price and will notify you before processing your order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes stated on our website at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, and carrier performance.

DrChill BV is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs clearance procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery to the specified delivery address. Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@drchill.cool.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

• Contact us at support@drchill.cool within 14 days of receiving your order
• Return the product(s) in their original, unused condition and original packaging
• Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.

The following may be exempt from returns where permitted by applicable law:

• Products that have been used, worn, or washed
• Products that are hygiene-sensitive or have been unsealed
• Customised or personalised products

8. Product Warranty

Our products are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as described in the product documentation provided with your order.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Modifications or repairs not performed by DrChill BV

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under Belgian and EU consumer protection law, including your right to a legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from the date of purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrChill BV makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content on our website. The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Our cooling products are designed for personal comfort and performance. They are not medical devices and are not intended to prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. If you have any health concerns, please consult a qualified medical professional before use.
